#news_lamppost #warhammer40k Варком рекламирует батреп на Ваха+ с участием примарис Азраила против Сайфера и ХСМ. Тем временем, до большого студийного обзора Адептикон 2023 остается чуть больше 12 часов (в 6 утра по Москве) https://www.warhammer-community.com/2023/03/22/azrael-and-cypher-finally-come-face-to-face-on-battle-report-this-week/ "Azrael and Cypher Finally Come Face to Face on Battle Report This Week This week’s Battle Report sees two of the galaxy’s most bitter rivals duke it out in a bloody game of Warhammer 40,000 Boarding Actions. It’s Dark Angels versus Chaos Space Marines, but that’s not all… we caught up with Agent of Discord Nick to find out how it all went down. Warhammer Community: It’s a truly classic match-up this week, isn’t it? Tell us what’s going on! Nick: Ohhh, it really is. We’ve just seen the awesome new Azrael, Chapter Master of the Dark Angels model released into the world in the Wrath of the Soul Forge King box, and we knew we had to put him through his paces. Not on a huge battlefield, where he has a whole Chapter at his command, oh no. We wanted to see how the Keeper of the Truth would fare with only his most loyal bodyguards at his side. Boarding Actions seemed like the perfect arena – and who better to test his mettle against than the Chapter’s most hated enemy? It’s Cypher, Lord of the Fallen. WarCom: That’s a grudge match 10,000 years in the making. How did you set it up? Nick: Simon had a great idea – Azrael and some Deathwing Terminators are holding captured members of the Fallen in the interrogation rooms aboard a vessel on its way back to The Rock, and Cypher is raiding the ship with a warband of Chaos Space Marines. The Strongrooms mission from Arks of Omen: Angron fit the bill perfectly. Cypher (controlled by me) must break into the two interrogation cells and “liberate” the Fallen before they say too much. In turn, the Dark Angels (led by Ben) must wipe them out and defend their quarry. What a great mission! WarCom: This sounds amazing. How did it go? Nick: Well, obviously, no spoilers! What I can say is that it went down to the absolute wire, with desperate combats being fought right until the last turn. Ben and I very much roleplayed into the spirit of the game, which led to some wonderfully fun moments involving decisions we really shouldn’t have taken if we wanted to actually win, but which we are certain were the right thing to do under the circumstances for our respective characters… WarCom: Does this mean we’ll actually get to see Azrael fighting Cypher?! Nick (nodding): I mean… I can neither confirm nor deny… WarCom: Okay, okay, we’re watching it. Nick: Genuinely, this was one of the most fun episodes we’ve filmed. It’s got a great, narrative-based mission, some seriously brutal fighting, twists, turns – the lot. You’ll see Terminators smashing each other apart in the confines of a ship, epic duels, sneaky tricks, and more. Because it’s a Boarding Action, there are only a few units compared to a regular game of Warhammer 40,000 – every single kill matters, and every roll is crucial. WarCom: Sounds great! So, what was it like playing as the elusive Cypher? Aren’t you a staunch Imperial?! Nick (chameleon field rippling): … WarCom: Ahhh, he’s got away again. Classic Cypher. Thanks Nick! We’ll try to track him down for next week’s show, but in the meantime you can catch this week’s epic episode of Battle Report on Warhammer+ right now. Azrael is available to pre-order in The Wrath of the Soul Forge King this Saturday, alongside Vashtorr and a complement of bodyguards."
